Not Happy.
I bought Guild wars Nightfall around 18 months ago. Some time after I also bought Eye of The North. After a few months of playing, guild wars was uninstalled from my computer, I had the remember account name box ticked so I wouldn't have to type it in. After my game was deleted from my pc I couldn't remember my account name after installing the game on to my laptop. I have since (about a year), been trying to get my account name, sending several e-mails to the support staff however the support staff haven't helped me at all. Is there someone on here who can help?

As above post has said your email is the answer here
Once you have did that and put in password you will be able to play again If you have forgotten the password then request a new password at log in also , this will ensure a temp one can be sent to your email addy for you to confirm ,also check your spam box if you do this as it may get put in there. .............................. If you have still difficulties then send them the serial keys that you had . Your name and address What accounts where on same ie n/f ..eye ect IF you have a master account then so much the better . The system in place is to ensure you are the person who has/had the account not getting one from a friend ect Support is as good to reply if you send as much information at the start as saves any back and forth.. Then if after a few days if no joy go into your email they sent you confirming the incident and ..Update the ticket for speedier reply Last edited by Highlander Of Alba; Jul 13, 2009 at 10:25 AM // 10:25.. |

no, they wont give you that information just from that. you will need to give them your serial keys, address etc as was said above.

Remember kids, don't go around making random login names for games you pay for.
No seriously, you should know that they wont give it out to you. The only way they'll ever help you with this, is if you give them information about the campaigns you owned, and the serial codes of BOTH of them. |

@Miksav, my usernames are always something relating to me or my family. Last edited by Sean Wilson; Jul 13, 2009 at 10:52 AM // 10:52.. |

Was unistalled by another member of my family. I was going to write it down.
Those hints are very helpful in hindsight. >.> Last edited by Sean Wilson; Jul 13, 2009 at 10:58 AM // 10:58.. |

please try not to turn this into a QQ thread. your options seem to be; find your serials, remember your info, or buy new games.

If you still have the PC, reinstall Guild Wars on it as it could still have the account name saved.

If you cannot remember your email/pass or provide any of the applicable account information accurately to NCSoft when asked, you will not be able to recover your old account for security reasons. Rules are rules and they will stand by them.
Buying another account doesn't sound too bad, either. I just hope you didn't have any high end items, titles, Collector Edition Keys, etc.. on your "lost" account; I'd then feel very sorry for your "loss". |
